React.js Intern
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain user-facing features using React.js and Next.js. Write production-grade TypeScript for front-end applications. Convert designs (Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS components. Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static-site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR) as needed. Create reusable, well-tested components and front-end libraries. Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and SEO. Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and follow best practices for CI/CD and version control. Troubleshoot and fix cross-browser and cross-device issues. Write unit and integration tests for components and pages. Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional front-end development experience (adjust as needed). Strong proficiency with React.js and its ecosystem (hooks, context, state management). Hands-on experience with Next.js (routing, SSR/SSG/ISR, API routes). Solid TypeScript experience with typed React components and generics. Excellent HTML5 and CSS3 skills, including responsive layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid). Familiarity with CSS preprocessors or CSS-in-JS solutions (Sass, Styled Components, Tailwind, Emotion). Experience working with REST APIs and/or GraphQL. Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility (a11y) principles. Experience with Git and collaborative workflows (pull requests, code reviews). Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team. Nice-to-Have Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.). Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Vercel, Netlify, AWS). Knowledge of back-end fundamentals (Node.js, serverless functions). Experience with analytics, A/B testing, or SEO best practices for SPAs.
