Vankazo: following a delivery from assignment to completion
The task
A dispatcher needs to answer three questions about a package: where is the order, who is handling it and what still needs attention? A list of deliveries is useful only if it also supports the next assignment.
How the workflow works
The dashboard brings order search, delivery status and agent assignment into the same operational view. Staff can find a package, review its status and assign work. Role-based access separates the tasks available to different users.
What the team delivered
A React interface presents the orders, while Node.js and MongoDB support the application behind it. Tracking pending and delivered orders gives staff a way to review the day’s work without reconstructing it from individual updates.
